Updating our Dashboard and iOS App for Productivity

Redbooth’s goal is to improve the way teams work together. And when it comes to feature development, we love hearing that customers think Redbooth is more than ‘traditional’ project management to them. It supports their entire workflow, from individuals to entire companies.

Recently we looked at the work of team members with the goal of making their daily workflow even better. That’s why we are proud to announce two big updates to our web and mobile apps that support a more productive and collaborative work day for every team member.

Personalized Dashboard Experience

This week Redbooth users will see an updated dashboard that allows them to focus on what is important in a single view. Upcoming tasks and updates from team members will now live on your home dashboard, creating a more productive and collaborative workflow. We’re bringing what’s most important for your work to the surface.

Manage your work

All tasks assigned to you are in one place so you can focus on what you do best. In the new dashboard you can update, comment, and resolve tasks from a single view.

Stay organized

We’ve made it easier to distinguish notifications by separating Tasks and Updates with a simple toggle.  Now that you can see your upcoming tasks and updates in parallel, you can focus on each important assignment without impeding your workflow

Jumpstart your day

Wouldn’t it be nice if some of the chaos of your day was organized when you showed up for work? All of your Tasks organized by due date (Overdue, Today, Tomorrow) makes it easier to focus on what’s important, and when. Easily viewing tasks with No Due Date help you plan for the long term, assign to someone else, or take on these tasks if your bandwidth allows.

If you’re like us, you love multi-tasking and working on multiple tasks all at once. We wanted to make it easier for you to get to those that are top of mind for you on any given day. You can now access your recent workspaces in the upper right and conveniently navigate back to the task at hand.
