Dan Schoenbaum, CEO
Dan joined Redbooth as CEO in September 2011. He has 19 years of leadership with high-growth software companies. Prior to Redbooth, Dan was the COO and Chief Business Development Officer for Tripwire, a leader in the enterprise security market, where he helped triple revenues to $90M, file an S1 on the NASDAQ and sell the company. Dan was also the Chairman of Mergers & Acquisitions and VP, Strategy at Compuware (Nasdaq: CPWR) - a billion dollar enterprise software company and is credited with the creation of an 800M line of products at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP for $4.6B). Dan is on the board of Evolven Software and was a First Sergeant and a sniper in the Israeli paratroopers.
Jon Sonnenschein, COO
Jon Sonnenschein is the COO at Redbooth. Previously, he served as Redbooth's VP, Product Management, and as the Chief Product Officer at Findly, where he helped create the leading social talent network, enabling on-demand recruiting for top enterprises. Before that, Jon was Director of Product Management at Plaxo (acquired by Comcast) and at JAJAH (acquired by Telefonica), helping grow the businesses to millions of users. Jon holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from The JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Charles Studt, VP Marketing
Charles brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, product management and development leadership roles, creating high growth enterprise software and services businesses. Prior to Redbooth, Charles was VP, Product Management & Marketing at IntelePeer, a leading cloud communications and collaboration provider, where his team launched a portfolio of enterprise solutions with 70%+ revenue growth. Charles also served as the Director of Product Management and Marketing at TeleGea, where he created the category leader in communication and collaboration IT service management platforms. Previously, Charles served as a communications industry consultant at KPMG and American Management Systems (now CGI), leading global IT system implementation projects. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania. When he’s not championing the transformation of enterprise collaboration, you can find him on a mountain biking or skiing.
Ilya Zayats, CTO
As Redbooth's CTO, Ilya brings over a decade of startup experience. Based in Barcelona, he leads the research and development teams. Ilya is committed to growing and supporting engineering talent and maintaining the right balance between established and emerging technologies. Before becoming CTO, Ilya drove key development initiatives at Redbooth. He previously served as a team lead for ResumUP, winner of TechCrunch Disrupt Moscow 2011, and cofounded Planarium, which was acquired in 2009. Ilya has a Master of Automation Technologies from the Saint Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics. He enjoys brewing coffee with every possible method he can find and dreams about playing the drums again.
Carlo Beckman, VP of Customer Experience
Carlo brings over 15 years of experience in Customer Support and Customer Success creating delightful customer interactions. Prior to Redbooth, Carlo was VP of Customer Experience at Fuze, a collaboration and unified communications company.
In the early part of his career, Carlo held positions of increasing responsibility at enterprise companies that included VeriSign, PayPal and Intuit. These companies helped Carlo develop his customer-centric business approach. Recently, Carlo has spent time leading customer-facing teams in the video game and start-up worlds. At these companies, Carlo helped build scalable teams that increased customer satisfaction and engagement, while reducing customer pain points.
Carlo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and a Master of Arts degree in Leadership, both from Saint Mary’s College of California.
When he’s not busy helping to improve customers' lives, Carlo enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Carlo also enjoys martial arts and meditation.
