Please describe the problem or business challenge your company was trying to solve with Redbooth.
We began using Redbooth company-wide to improve organization and communication between our employees. We’re a small company lacking a strict hierarchy or overly-detailed procedures. Each employee has a broad range of responsibilities and manages themself. This structure works very well for our company, but keeping track of which projects employees were working on and collaborating on those projects was difficult. Redbooth solved that problem perfectly for us.

Management used Redbooth among themselves for quite a while with great results. One day we realized that everyone in the company could benefit, so at that point it was a very easy decision to require Redbooth for all employees.
What specific results and benefits were you able to achieve with Redbooth?
It became much easier to ask coworkers for assistance by simply creating tasks with assignments and due dates, then tracking the progress of those tasks to completion. It also allowed more people to participate in discussions, resulting in better ideas from more perspectives within the company. We found that we communicated better and were much more organized and efficient after we began using Redbooth.
