Residential home builder uses Redbooth for multi-platform, team-based task and project management system

Please describe the problem or business challenge your company was trying to solve with Redbooth.
I was looking for a to-do list system that would work on phones and laptops, and allow for multiple people to be involved.

Tell us about your search for a solution.
I looked at many of the cloud-based, to-do list systems. But many that had the features I wanted to get, involved every aspect of your life (i.e. email, calendar). The simple ones did not have the features needed, like template lists. Or, they did not have the permissions needed to make sure that tasks were done—not just deleted.

How did you make the decision to choose Redbooth?
We tried the free version of Redbooth, like we did with many other tools and it worked great. The key part is defining task list templates that allow you to assign repetitive tasks to multiple people. Think about the number of tasks that have to happen when you get a contract on a new home and how they can span 4 or 5 people.

What specific results and benefits were you able to achieve with Redbooth?
To be successful in a growing business you must have processes and systems. Redbooth became our way of implementing our process by using the task list functionality. The fact that it is cloud based and collaborative is central to that process because it allows multiple people to be involved.
