Steve Jobs promoted it, David Bowie jumped on it, and even former Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton were surprised by it. We’re talking about team collaboration, of course, and it’s one of the most powerful strategies there is when it comes to achieving personal and professional wow!

In fact, the ability to work and communicate with others – and as a team – is more important than ever. A recent McKinsey & Company study shows that improved communication and collaboration through social technologies could raise the productivity of interaction workers by 20 to 25 percent.

Expert Advice on Creating Creative Collaboration

Recently, we reached out to the author of an insightful new collaboration book – Creative Conspiracy: The Rules of Breakthrough Collaboration. The author, Professor Leigh Thompson, is the the J. Jay Gerber Professor of Dispute Resolution & Organizations in the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
