Please describe the problem or business challenge your company was trying to solve with Redbooth. We design & build websites and software for a wide range of different businesses. All of our projects have many different component parts and keeping track of these became harder as we grew. We needed something that could hold everything, from notes from a client to design assets, and ensure that nothing slipped through the net in the office.
Tell us about your search for a solution. There are a wide range of solutions on the market that promise a lot, but when we tested them (a lot of them!) they fell short in several areas that were important to us. They couldn't handle everything that Redbooth does, so the choice was to either run multiple other systems, or just use the one that could do it all. How did you make the decision to choose Redbooth? Redbooth was easy to use from the start, and we could immediately see how we could make it work for us. All of our team like using it, because they have the one place to go to for anything they need. The ability to set up bespoke workspaces, so all projects can follow the same process has made keeping track of everything very straightforward for us.
What specific results and benefits were you able to achieve with Redbooth? Redbooth allows us to store all the information we need for a project in one place. It means that project management can very easily see where the project is and which team members have what tasks. And the team can easily see what their tasks are for the day or week. Because it's so easy to use, it saves us huge amounts of time over the year that we can use to focus on the work for our clients.
Do you have anything else to add? It's great to see regular updates coming out, and that feedback from users is taken onboard by the Redbooth team to keep improving.
