Please describe the problem or business challenge your company was trying to solve with Redbooth. Our agency experienced a really positive development and did a huge leap forward, doubling our staff. We grew so quickly that we even had to add a second office, splitting up our team spatially for the first time in our company's history. At the same time, we are very open to concepts like flexible working hours and location-independent work, giving our employees the freedom to regularly work from home or anywhere in the world if wished.
