Please describe the problem or business challenge your company was trying to solve with Redbooth.
We had been trying a number of different project management approaches, but needed a more effective solution to help us to streamline our workflow and manage internal and external team members across a broad spectrum of projects. The call to have more transparency and interactivity in everyday project management with our clients, whilst maintaining a high level of client privacy, was also a key motivator when engaging with Redbooth.

Redbooth offered us the facility in which we could successfully manage multiple projects, for all of our clients, all at the same time and in one place. It is simple to use and easy to introduce to new team members and clients.
