CustomerBloom is a full-service Digital Marketing Agency, and we use Redbooth to manage all of the work we do for our clients.

Tell us about your search for a solution.
We’ve tried all sorts of project management/task management solutions. Ultimately, we found Redbooth (it was Teambox when we first started) was the most robust and intuitive solution at the time. Over the past few years, Redbooth has continued to improve and the product team has not only been open to feedback, but has acted on and built out several user requests.

How did you make the decision to choose Redbooth?
After trying Redbooth, it was clear that it was the best option for our agency.

What specific results and benefits were you able to achieve with Redbooth?
We basically live out of Redbooth. Nothing happens in our company without a task being created in Redbooth, which keeps things from falling through the cracks. We actually have an automation set up via Zapier so that once a new lead gives a verbal commitment, we move them to that stage of the sales pipeline in ActiveCampaign, which automatically kicks off a new task in a Redbooth task list called “New Client Launch Zone”. From there on out, everything is managed in Redbooth.

Do you have anything else to add?
We also love that Redbooth has a mobile application so that we can keep up with projects when we’re out of the office. We look forward to future improvements to the app to make it even better.
