Our agency has used Redbooth as a project management system for a few years now, but the recently-created SEO Team needed to familiarize with this tool to be able to manage all of the onboarding tasks applied to a large number of accounts.

We found Redbooth very useful for the organization of the SEO-Team. Our challenge is to define the process and activities inside different phases, assign the respective time-frame and then transfer the Redbooth space into a template to spread it across the board.
