Ongoing Client Care

Project Management - Daily

  • View Workload report (Reports Menu > Workload)
  • Follow up on late tasks
  • Monitor urgent tasks
  • Monitor workload/capacity for team members
  • Reassign work for staff who are over capacity

Project Management - Weekly

  • Provide weekly update for team & management
  • Provide weekly update for client
  • Alert client to any client-related deadlines coming up

Team Meetings and Client Meetings

  • Create "Team Meeting” and “Client Meeting" task lists to capture meeting dates and agenda items
