Prepare for Board Meeting

Preparations

  • Book venue (if Offsite)
  • Arrange for transport
  • Arrange for accomodation
  • Invite Board Members
  • Gather Financials
  • Collaboratively prepare meeting slides
  • Send out meeting slides 72h before BOD Meeting
  • Assign two secretaries to track the meeting minutes

  • Welcome
  • Secretary Report
  • Treasury Report
  • Executive Director Report
  • Administration Committee Reports
  • Board Development Committee Reports
  • Community Involvement Committee Report
  • Marketing Committee Report
  • Resource Development Committee Report
  • Programs Committee Report
  • New Business (anything from the committee reports that requires further action)
  • Old Business (anything from the previous meeting that needs to be updated)

After Meeting

  • Send final Meeting minutes to all participants
  • Review all notes and compile the final meeting minutes
  • Propose date for next BOD Meeting
  • Distribute information to department leaders
