About you

As an ScrumMaster, you will coach and influence all levels of the development, QA, UX and product teams in our Scrum Methodology to drive increased agility, innovation, and quality. You will use Agile methods and tools to enable the team to rapidly deliver a collaboration platform that delights customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery of track team initiatives as a servant leader.
  • Run daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective meetings.
  • Promote impediment management process across scrum teams and leadership structures.
  • Facilitate high quality, high impact scrum ceremonies including: planning, retrospective and grooming sessions.
  • Provide Agile Leadership coaching and training to Product Owners, team members and leadership.
  • Work with individual 'track' teams in all aspects of Scrum - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, limiting WIP, etc.
  • Support the creation and growth of high performing teams; own and promote the agile maturity of multiple scrum teams by influencing key leaders and advocating for an Agile/Lean culture.
  • Integrate innovations into our process to enhance effectiveness and morale.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in software development and iterative development.
  • 3+ years of ScrumMaster or Agile Coach experience (XP, Lean, Scrum, etc.), certified ScrumMaster preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passionate, situationally aware, high-energy and assertive. Able to lead by example.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
  • History of helping teams deliver accomplishments, not just activity.
  • Experience scaling Scrum/Agile practice as part of rapidly growing team is preferred.
  • Experience with remote teams is preferred.

Job Description

The ideal Customer Success Manager candidate brings a proven record of client relationship and sales success in a SaaS technology company. He/she will be responsible for existing customer revenue retention and managing customers through their Redbooth experience. This position will require the aptitude to become a master of Redbooth capabilities, competitive advantages and convey that knowledge to Redbooth customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee the customer’s adoption, training and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and ROI
  • Support customers with on-boarding, providing guidance, training and tools to ensure success
  • Build relationships with existing clients to expand Redbooth utilization
  • Contact expired and cancelled accounts via outbound telephone calls to determine their reasons for non-renewal and establish strategies to win the customers back
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of Redbooth products.
  • Work collaboratively with all areas of Redbooth, especially the inside sales team that drives the initial customer transaction and revenue opportunities

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3 or more years of customer success and account management experience
  • Language skills – English; with Spanish fluency a strong plus
  • Previous training experience on an individual and group level a strong plus
