Responsibilities

  • Create Agile Epics and a Backlog to drive value from Redbooth real-time communication features.
  • Conceive, design, run, and analyze features and enhancements to drive growth, engagement, delight and monetization.
  • Develop requirements and work cross-functionally to implement them.
  • Set quantitative metrics to measure the success of each feature and enhancement.
  • Pull data and run your own analyses.
  • Drive real-time communication vision and strategy, and build consensus throughout the team including design, development, marketing, sales and business development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management.
  • Strong customer orientation – love customers, love talking to them, love delighting them.
  • Experience building and driving Agile Epics and a Backlog to deliver business results.
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive web/mobile user interfaces.
  • Demonstrated experience executing rapid, well-thought-out iterations via Scrum or another Agile methodology.
  • Strong understanding of UX and technology, able to help drive the creativity of the team.
  • Strong quantitative/statistics skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree. MBA or other graduate degree is a plus.
