Quite often it is the case that a conversation can turn into a brainstorming session. If this happens, and there are lots of important ideas raised, then it is probably necessary to have a task created. To do this, you can easily convert conversations into tasks.
Convert Conversations Into Tasks
- Click on the downward arrow button, to the right of the followers button.
- Select Convert to Task from the drop-down menu.
- A message will appear asking you to choose the workspace and the task list where you want to create the task.
- Click OK and your task is created.
All of the comments from the conversation will appear in the task, but you will have to give your newly created task assignees and due dates. You cannot turn a task back into a conversation.
