Who has access to Timeline?

Admins and Participants in Business and Professional plans have access to Timeline. External and free users do not have access to Timeline.

Why are no tasks showing up in my Timeline?

The Timeline calendar defaults to Today. If the start and due dates of the tasks in that respective workspace lay farther in the future or in the past than the view you see by default, you need to scroll back and forth in time to see them.

More things to consider:

  • Active tasks.
  • Tasks need at least a due date to show up.

Who can create dependencies?

Any member of the organization can create and delete dependencies.

Where are my private tasks?

Private tasks are only visible in Task List view. If you wish to see private tasks in Timeline you can do the following:

  1. Create a new workspace
  2. Move the task lists with the private tasks over to the new workspace
  3. Change the task statuses to public
  4. Invite selected users to the workspace
  5. View them in Timeline
