Create Repeating Tasks

If you have a task that is recurring, you can create repeating tasks. This saves you having to create the task every time that it is resolved. With repeating tasks, a new task is automatically created once the previous one is resolved.

How to Create Repeating Tasks

  1. Open an existing task or create a new task.
  2. Click on the calendar tab.
  3. Choose a due date.
  4. Click on the Set task to repeat tab. The following options will pop up:
    • No Repeat
    • Daily
    • Working days
    • Weekly
    • Biweekly
    • Monthly
    • Yearly
  5. You can also pick an end date.

Create Repeating Tasks

Resolving a repeating task will archive that one you resolved and will make a new occurrence appear based on the frequency that you have defined.

Delete a Repeating Task
If you wish to delete a repeating task, you need to click on the drop-down arrow in the top right and select Delete. You can choose to delete just this occurrence or all future occurrences. Resolving a task will not delete it.
