Accessing Your Manager Dashboard (On Premise)

Fall 2016 update: Thank you for your interest in Redbooth Private Cloud. While we continue to support current Private Cloud customers, we are no longer taking on new Private Cloud customers. Find out more about Redbooth's standard cloud security ».

In order to access the Manager Dashboard you will FIRST have to accept the EULA

You will then be asked to login for the first time. You will need to use our default credentials admin/admin and change them later on within the manager by clicking “Manager” under the “Configuration” section. For further information about this visit Setting Manager Credentials.

Once you have successfully logged into the manager you’ll see the dashboard and an overview of the system.

Notice the manager detects that certain required configuration steps are incomplete and prompts you to complete them before accessing Redbooth.

If there are any other missing requirements you’ll see a message to that effect. For example, in the screenshot above you can see that the “Manager” is not configured and the paid license is not installed.
