Using Redbooth From basics to advanced, and everything in between.

iOS App

Redbooth’s iOS app allows you to focus on the work you need to do. A lightweight accompaniment to the web platform, the app boasts a simple interface which collects your workload in one clear view and facilitates keeping updated while on-the-go.

Navigation
The default page for the app is My Tasks but you can navigate entire workspaces from the Workspace tab. You cannot create new workspaces or view workspace conversations. Note that any new workspaces or users added on the web may take a few hours to appear on the iOS app.

  • Your tasks are ordered by due date and any overdue tasks will appear at the top — they are not grouped by workspace
  • Create a new task by clicking on the + icon
  • Access your push notification settings, the Redbooth help center, and log out by clicking on the gear icon in the top left
  • The bottom bar allows you to navigate between your updates, tasks, workspaces, and the search tool
