Invite Members to Your HD Meetings

Once you have scheduled an HD Meeting, the next step is to invite members to it. We recommend a maximum of 50 people per HD Meeting, which makes it a perfect way to connect with your entire team. You can also invite people who do not have a Redbooth account, so it is also great for meeting with clients or customers.

Invite Members to HD Meetings

  1. Access the event on your calendar.
  2. Add the participants as you would for any other meeting that you schedule frequently on your external calendar.

Remove Members

Removing members from a created HD Meeting also needs to be done from within the chosen calendar.

In Outlook:

  1. Open the meeting.
  2. On the Actions menu, click Add or Remove Attendees.

In Google Calendar:

  1. Open the meeting.
  2. Click on the X to the right of the participants names/email addresses to the far right, inside that event.
