- Start an HD Meeting.
- Click on the Settings button located on the bottom left corner of the HD Meeting window.
- Then click on Record. Here you can find out where your recorded files are stored and also define where they should be for future cases.
These recorded files will always live locally on your computer so if you want to share them with your team, consider using our Box Enterprise integration.
Can I mute my audio in a meeting?
It is possible to mute your audio. Look for the microphone icon, located at the bottom left hand corner of your screen, and click on it. This will block the sound coming from your microphone so if you want to speak, click on the same button to un-mute.
How can I share my screen?
When in a meeting, click on the green Share Screen button on the bottom bar. Then choose to share your desktop. All members of the meeting will see your screen.
