Using Redbooth From basics to advanced, and everything in between.

Understanding Your Dashboard

A key feature of Redbooth is the dashboard. This is the focus of all the activity that goes on in your organization which directly affects you. Once you understand how the dashboard works, you will be better able to plan your day.

The Dashboard in Redbooth
The dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the appropriate tab in the top left of your screen. Once inside, it is divided into two distinct sections: Notifications and My Tasks.

Notifications
All notifications that are relevant to you are shown on the left side of the screen. If you are a task assignee, the notification is shaded yellow. If you are only a follower, it is shaded white. The dashboard tab automatically counts the number of notifications.

Understanding Your Dashboard

Notifications are organized from the top-down by workspace. You can click the X button to dismiss the notification, or the tick to mark it as read.

My Tasks
All tasks assigned to you are shown on the right side of the page. They are organized in order of date, with urgent tasks appearing at the top.
