All Redbooth accounts are associated with just one email address. It is quite common that a user forgets this and inadvertently creates a new trial account with a different email when trying to log in. If this is the case, but you would like to continue with the latter’s email address in your original account, just follow the steps below.
Changing Your Email Address
So, you forgot which email you registered your account with and erroneously created a new trial account, or maybe you registered your account with an email that you no longer use. Fear not, as it is easy to change the information associated with your account.
- If you accidentally created a new trial account, you will need to delete it to use the email address.
- Click on your avatar in the top right and select My profile settings from the drop-down menu.
- In the email section, just delete the current email address and enter a new one.
- Click Update Settings.
