As an organization admin, it is important that you know how to manage the seats in your subscription. You also need to know how to update billing and invoicing information for the organization.
This can all be handled from within your own Redbooth profile and ensures that your account is not locked due to an outdated credit card. You can also track your monthly or annual invoices to make sure that all is as it should be.
Update Billing Information
- Click on your avatar in the top right of the Redbooth page.
- Select Subscriptions and billing.
- From the Manage subscription tab you can add or remove seats from your organization.
- Click on Billing information at the bottom and you can enter the updated card details and click Submit.
Update Invoicing Information
This works the same as updating billing information. You can enter the new details of the billing contact, who will be the person contacted in the event of a billing issue. You can also make changes to the company name as it should appear on all invoices.
An admin can view all of the invoices for the subscription under the Invoices tab. They will be arranged with the most recent at the top and can be saved as a PDF.
