Unfortunately, the situation may arise in which you need to cancel a subscription. This can only be done by the organization admin. You will still have access to your Redbooth account until the end of the current billing period after a cancellation.
- Click on your avatar in the top right of the Redbooth page.
- Select Subscriptions and billing.
- Click on Manage my subscription and you will see the following option.
- Click on the blue Yes, cancel my subscription at the bottom.
- You will the receive a final warning that you are about to cancel the subscription.
Your account will then be put on hold once the billing cycle comes to an end. You can always reactivate the subscription in the future.
