Please describe the problem or business challenge your company was trying to solve with Redbooth.
When we started the company, we were a remote team of three people, we needed a tool to help us keep track the different tasks everyone was working on. Since we would always work from home in the evening, organizing meetings to discuss whom was working on what was difficult to organize and a huge time killer. Redbooth enabled us to reduce the time for meetings while keeping up to date on each other's progress. Additionally, it helped us structure our tasks and staying on top of recurring, repetitive tasks.

Tell us about your search for a solution. We tried different solutions like Asana, Trello, and Jira, but decided that Redbooth was by far the best solution. We needed a tool, which served not only business needs, but also development needs. Additionally, we were looking for a low-cost solution, that would grow with us as the company grew. Due to Redbooth's features and ease of use, it was a very easy decision for us. That was in 2014 and it was one of the best decisions we ever made.
How did you make the decision to choose Redbooth? We chose Redbooth because it is the most flexible tool with the most user-friendly design and it doesn't lack any of the features the competitors have. After all, the most important aspect of a project management tool is making sure all team members feel comfortable and use it regularly. Due to Redbooth's extensive settings, we were able to adjust the features so that all team members feel comfortable with it.
What specific results and benefits were you able to achieve with Redbooth? Especially when starting the company, it was hugely important to constantly see, how many tasks were completed. We bootstrapped our company remotely and simply seeing that someone else completed a task or hit a new milestone, increased our motivation more and more. Redbooth ensured we were up to date and we became increasingly motivated as our colleagues completed tasks.
Do you have anything else to add? Redbooth's customer service is outstanding — I've never met a company that replies quicker and is more helpful than Redbooth. Especially when it comes to project management (which is such an important aspect of any department), their help is invaluable.
