Please describe the problem or business challenge your company was trying to solve with Redbooth. We were looking for a cloud-based multi-project management system for a small team.
Tell us about your search for a solution. We needed a project management solution that would enable us to manage multiple projects with the ability to separate and list tasks by category. We wanted to be able to assign tasks with due dates and be able to see them in a timeline view. We chose Redbooth because it is simple to use, has a neat and user-friendly interface, and provides all of the required functionality out of the box. We did not want to use a generic tool and build our own application (we had no time or resources for that).
How did you make the decision to choose Redbooth? We tried three or four different tools, built a mock-up scenario, then compared all of them. Redbooth was the only tool that met all our requirements and our staff really liked it from the beginning.
What specific results and benefits were you able to achieve with Redbooth? We're a publishing company and are always running 50+ projects at the same time with a team of 8 people.
