We are a German advertising agency based near Berlin. We work together with freelancers and teams from all over the world, especially in the field of web development.
Communication and time tracking are very important for us and we were searching for the best tool a long time. Within a project we want to be able to expand the team without the need for a long, difficult explanation of the ticket system to each new team member. Here, Redbooth is very helpful with its intuitive operation.
Tell us about your search for a solution.
We worked with Basecamp, Drupal Atrium, and other self-made solutions. But, we were always missing something. The team building was complicated or the communication options were not the best. One day, one of our clients introduced us to Redbooth for a single project.
How did you make the decision to choose Redbooth?
From the first day on, we loved Redbooth. The freedom to answer projects via email, website, and later via app. Redbooth became a very important part of our workflow.
Another important factor is of course, is the price. With all the time you can save with a good PM tool — you also save a lot of money. The pricing at Redbooth is really fair. The fact that I can share files within the tasks and conversations, makes my dropbox unnecessary.

For us, the biggest benefits are the easy workspace management and clear separation of tasks and conversations. The ability to simply forward an email to create a task is our most used feature. Time tracking and reporting are really easy with Redbooth. The easy time-tracking (especially with the Chrome Extension) differentiates Redbooth from other tools.
